DELIVERY DELAY NOTICE
We are expecting a surge in orders due to the Sole Spirit promotion. As such, please expect your orders to be delayed by up to 10 working days. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
solespirit.sg uses local door-to-door courier service for deliveries within Singapore.
Our courier/shipping provider delivers between 9am to 10pm on weekdays and we will require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
Additionally, a 3 digit pincode will be sent to the customer on day of delivery. Should you not be home or available when the item is delivered and would like for us to leave the parcel at a specified location such as your shoe rack, kindly provide the 3 digit pincode when the courier calls or texts you. This acts as a verification process.
After this point, responsibility for your purchase items is passed on to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you accept that a signature by the recipient (or any recipient at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and order fulfillment by solespirit.sg and accept the transfer of responsibility in the same way.
If you have specified to leave the parcel at an unattended address/premise and no signature is received, this also constitutes as a transfer of responsibility.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible upon receipt of order and payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as an estimate only and commence from the date of dispatch. solespirit.sg is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We will not be liable in the event that shoeboxes are damaged in transit as this is beyond our control.
Our courier service provider will make three (3) delivery attempts for your order. They will require a name and signature to acknowledge that the order has been delivered.
A delivery attempt notification slip will be dropped at the delivery address with contact details to reschedule for another attempt.
In the event of failed delivery attempts during both occasions, our courier service provider will contact the recipient at the given contact number to reschedule for a third (3rd) delivery attempt. After the third (3rd) failed attempt, the parcel will be returned to Sole Spirit.
Please note that our courier service provider will impose additional delivery fee of S$8.00 for the third (3rd) attempt and beyond and this charge will have to be borne by the recipient.

REMOTE AREA DELIVERY
Spirit Retail Pte Ltd reserves the right not to deliver to areas that are remote or that requires security pass/clearance, safety briefing or donning of safety gears. If we do, an additional surcharge of $15 will be imposed for delivery. A few examples of restricted areas are:
Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Airport Link, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension, Changi Airport.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All confirmed orders are processed for shipping within three (3) working days. You can track your order on the site anytime, 24 hours/ 7 days by going to My Account.
When your order is dispatched and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number or an SMS will be sent to your contact number (for delivery within Singapore) by the shipping/courier provider so that you can contact them directly at any time to check on the status of your order.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
